Registration form(s) can be downloaded*, filled out and then either faxed or mailed along with payment (cheque or cash only) to:

*Faxed forms must be followed by payment to the above address. Payment is by cheque payable to "NANCY COWAN" or by cash.
NOTE: Register early to ensure placement. There is a 14 student per class maximum. A waiting list will be established beyond this.
Other Important Registration Information:
- Class schedule and child placement subject to change due to ability and enrolment.
- Payment by cash or cheque only - payable to “NANCY COWAN”.
- A $20 fee applies to all returned cheques. A $20 administration charge applies to all refunds.
- Deadline for 1st term refunds October 1st. Deadline for 2nd term refunds February 1st.
- Important Dates Refunds: Deadline for refunds is October 1st, for first term, February 1st for second term.
